Overall Satisfaction with Pipedrive

We use Pipedrive to visualize our sales process. It has really brought our team together and helped them to understand the stages of the customer journey, and has helped us to identify bottlenecks. It also helps us to collaborate on followups.

  • Great peer support in the Facebook user group
  • Need to be able to pass information between contacts and deals more easily.
  • Need phone carrier integration (phone calls and SMS automatically logged at the carrier level, like Cloze).
  • Need tighter integration with Front (conversations sync only with Contacts, not with Deals).
  • Need to be able to access Trigger data in Automation actions.
  • Sales have increased 20% with fewer people.
  • Our data quality is much improved thanks to Pipedrive's integrations.
Pipedrive is a mature product that is feature-rich, but simple. It can be used as minimally as possible and is still a fantastic contact manager. But it is robust, and can really automate a lot of the sales process if used correctly.
I can't think of a single sales team that can't use Pipedrive.
