Overall Satisfaction with Prezi

My organization uses Prezi for visitor orientations and webinars with participants from 80+ countries.

Security of Information
We chose Prezi because it provides cloud-based presentations that are accessible wherever our staff are located with the additional ability of ensuring the sensitive information in those presentations is secure and private.

Branding with Ample Customization
I prefer Prezi because it allows me to create branded templates that all users in my organization can adapt to their needs while still remaining true to our organizational identity.

Standardization Across Collaborators
The team likes Prezi because our standard language and content can easily be copied to each Prezi, ensuring a standardization of training across every visitor group and trainer.

  • Lost intellectual property - Prezi transfer instructions sometimes unclear and we've lost information because of this.
My organization does a lot of webinar training and virtual programming. Prezi, as a cloud-based presentation software, allows us to take our content anywhere, but it can take additional bandwidth to get it to run in conjunction with a video conferencing software. Many of our trainings and orientations take place in countries that have intermittent Internet access - it would be great to have an easy way to package the Prezi and send it to our participants for view at a later date without the need of an Internet connection. We are also required to ensure that all of our materials are 508 compliant. If accessibility options were coded into the platform itself (text to speech, screen enhancement, etc) it would help us more easily meet that compliance requirement.
