Overall Satisfaction with PrinterLogic
As a Business we moved to Chromebooks, but Google then sunsetted Google cloud print, so we needed a truly cloud based Printer solution that worked with Chromebooks, after rolling this out successfully to Chromebooks we have now moved our Laptop estate to this product so that all devices use the same solution.

- Secure Print release is OK - but the interface could be improved

- Printers can be auto configured for offices so users do not need to install/configure them

By deploying PrinterLogic we were able to remove 2 very large print servers from our estate which were hosted in Amazon these were expensive and reboots were required daily to ensure users could continue to print, the patching and support of the print servers has been removed, reducing possibilities of windows spread viruses.
PrinterLogic is truly Cloud based, PaperCut infrastructure is hosted on windows servers in the back end, which as proved with the recent hack, is vulnerable and is not what we wanted. PrinterLogic was one of the few companies that was truly cloud based and aligned with our cloud strategy to removed dependency on MS servers.
