Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We use Procore across our whole company. It is a great collaboration tool that keeps current information logically organized and easy to access.
Pros
- Drawings tab is organized by type and revisions seamlessly integrate into existing drawing sets. Drawings can also be marked up in Procore and saved or exported to the team.
- User permissions are very detailed and easy to control/alter.
- Integrations with other software make Procore the true all-encompassing software for project management.
Cons
- Timecard entry could be improved.
- Mobile app is great, but would like to see additional features available on the mobile platform.
- Reports and visuals are great, would like to see a feature where you could save those for distribution.
- Garnered our company a lot of respect and attention with many of our clients for being so organized and effective.
- Earned new contracts based on our use of this software and other innovations.
- Saves time and effort tracking information and documentation compared to old fashion methods.
Procore is vastly superior to all other products I have dealt with. Ease of use, document organization, software navigation, etc. no comparison with any other software out there.
