Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We use Procore as our project management software for as much as we can - drawings, submittals, RFIs, inspections, daily log, etc.
  • I love the mobile app, especially the directory. No more instances of not having someone's phone number when out on site.
  • Drawings are great. Very comparable to plan grid.
  • Notification reminders to subs.
  • I wish our accounting software integrated with Procore. It's called eCMS.
  • The direct costs import is somewhat cumbersome to have to enter every month for correct financial data.
  • The mobile app is great but there's still plenty of room to improve.
  • It's streamlined many processes.
  • With the reminder notifications it makes sure we don't forget about things.
  • We don't have to remind subs to send in submittals. The program does it for us.
  • The Inspections allows us to do an inspection on the fly without having to plan ahead.
Procore is the best overall program I've ever used for construction. There is plenty of room to grow, but it can't be beat at this present time.
It offers great workflows for submittals. The schedule tool seems easy and simple for Microsoft project, but cumbersome for Primavera P6. To do the Primavera P6 you have to utilize the Procore drive and a few extra steps. With Microsoft project, you can simply upload the latest version of the file with a drag and drop. The forecasting tools are great, but being that our anointing software is not integrated, it makes the forecasting a bit more cumbersome because I'm working with two financial sheets.
