Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore was rolled out into our entire organization in 2015. From field Superintendents to Ownership to Customers, everyone has access to pertinent information. As we have grown it has allowed decision makers and ownership the ability to gather real time information on each project literally with the touch of a few buttons. It has also help standardized our project management methodology across the board by utilizing standard templates. On top of these great benefits it has allowed for significant time savings for our Project Managers. The process of the paperwork shuffle has now been streamlined using Procore.
- Procore centralizes all project data. This allows ownership and customers the ability to view project details anytime from anyplace.
- Procore makes writing subcontracts easy. Project Managers use custom templates and can create and send out contracts in minutes now versus days in the past.
- Procore listens to feedback. If you have an idea or what you perceive is a better way of doing something, the Procore developers will test it and perfect it. If they like it they will roll it out to the masses. These changes happen quickly and seamlessly.
- I wish Procore had more developed integrations with various ERPs. Currently they have some really good partnered relationships with a couple of ERPs but not specifically my ERP.
- I wish there were more billing options in Procore. Currently, they use a standard G702/703 doc, but not all jobs require that.
- I'd like to see more functionality around GMP Phased projects.
- Procore has reduced time to complete on Subcontract buyout documents.
- Procore has given real time budget data and project financial data in order to better make business decisions.
- Procore has allowed us to expand our business without adding significant overhead to monitor additional projects.
- Foundation
Procore's PM tool far exceeds the offerings of Foundation. The real time, customized format of Procore allows us to see and do things that are not possible in Foundation's PM module.
