Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have used Procore as an intern with two other companies prior to working for my current employer. My current employer only recently deployed Procore on its construction sites, so it has not been implemented to the fullest extent on this job. Procore completely transforms the way a job site runs.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Meetings, Directory, Communication.
Overall project management - Procore is a super easy to use all in one construction software
Organization and ease of use - even for old people.

Cons

Emails sent out through Procore usually require you to click the link and log in to Procore, these emails sometimes get ignored. Would be nice if they looked a little more like a traditional email.

Alternatives Considered

Prolog

Prolog was used by my company prior to Procore. I had to learn Prolog after I already knew Procore and it felt like going back to the 1990s. I can't recommend highly enough.

Other Software Used

Bluebeam Revu, Revit, Box, AutoCAD

Likelihood to Recommend

Any construction project, probably those greater than $5mm would benefit tremendously from Procore.
