- The RFI system is fast. There are a few bugs, but they are being worked on.
- Daily Logs are great. I am able to export them in bulk to file as PDFs elsewhere easily. They include much information.
- The photos are nice. You can snap photos while looking at a plan sheet and have the photo inserted on the drawing. The photos are easily bulk downloaded if needed.
- Customer service is great. When I have had questions I always receive a response. The suggestion section for requesting different items or suggesting a fix for a bug is a great asset.
- Using the web based, but not app/mobile based system, you still cannot scroll sequentially through submittals.
- The RFI log and submittal log do not take you back to the exact page you were just on. If you are in a submittal, you cannot go back to the previous page. It takes you to page 1 of the entire submittal list unless you specifically had a filter. This is tedious as it should remember where you were and take you directly back.
- Construction software is a large part of our industry. A good system can save lots of time, and therefore money.
- It has likely spared us thousands of dollars in lost productivity due to inefficient software by other companies.
I believe Spectrum syncs with Procore decently.
Daily logs are quite fast since the subcontractors are in a pull down menu.
- Constructware and Prolog
So far Procore seems the most inclusive with the best customer service.
