Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We have struggled to get everyone to grasp the change.
[It's] Being used in our project management department only right now. We are phasing it in gradually.
  • Drawing title recognition and filtering
  • Making data easily searchable
  • Great Android and iOS interface
  • Ability to markup or bookmark Specs
  • Only send emails to everyone when a submission is first uploaded and when completely done
  • I do not know
  • Plan Grid and Pype
Procore is head and shoulders above Plan Grid which lacks even the most basic of functions. Procore is superior to Pype in its user interface and ease of use.
Well suited for a contractor needing to gain better control over their document management or lack thereof. This software is not as well suited for subcontractors as it is for general contractors.
