Procore is being used to support Agency Construction Management. Primary tools being used in Drawings, Specifications, RFI's, Submittals and Procore Drive.
- Able to fine tune configuration of users
- Unlimited users
- Large selection of tools
- Convenient dashboard
- Re-submittals are routed directly to previous reviewers and not through CM
- Submittals assigns extension of review time every time submittal move to next person in the workflow
- The biggest issue is that it is primarily a contractors tool, but can do support some functions of Agency Construction Management
- Financial tool difficult to configure for agency CM
Selected Procore based on the comment from an engineer, perceived drawing markup tools and to try another product for detailed use comparison analysis.
Have benefited in being able to share documents with Procore drive.
