Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We use it across our entire organization. We just implemented Procore about 3 months ago and are in the process of getting everyone integrated completely.
- Clear and efficient communication.
- All information in one place.
- Easy to use interface.
- Very collaborative.
- The financial module.
- Although communication is good, reducing the number of emails each person gets would be good so as not to overwhelm people.
Procore is much better than ComputerEase. It is much more user friendly and has a much better layout overall compared to ComputerEase. The collaboration is much better.
It has been some time since I used Prolog, but as I remember, Prolog was very robust and provided many features, but could, at times, be cumbersome to use.

The collaboration of Procore is great. There are times, though, when the emails can be cumbersome (numerous) and can overwhelm certain people. Overall, excellent collaboration.
The cloud based access is great for those that are constantly on the move and need to access the system from remote locations, not just in the office.

The daily report feature is widely used by our superintendents. They like the accessibility, usability of the app, and the simplicity of how the system functions. The incident and inspections function allows us to use just one program (Procore), and get rid of our old software program, all the while keeping the information in one secure location for all to see.
