Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is a huge help when it comes to keeping our projects organized. The submittal portion of the software is amazing. When I look at the directory of all the subcontractors it speeds up my day and I don't have to go through Excel any longer on my larger projects. It works best for larger projects that cover several specification sections.
- Organizes Submittals.
- Electronic Historian of Files: Keeps all files, I can look at an older version and I never lose or save over files.
- Opens lines of communication between subcontractors and general and keeps a record.
- Holds plans and specifications for guys in the field so they can view real-time instead of worrying about paper plans and specs.
- The ability to redline plans in the field is amazing!
- Expensive.
- Until we figured out how to shut off email notifications we were spammed all the time. I have to check my spam folder often, messages from Procore automatically go to my spam folder even if I mark it safe in my Outlook.
Procore is similar to Submittal Exchange. The difference is the cost. Procore is much more expensive when it comes down to it.
Procore does open doors and keeps all lines of communication open.
- Return on investment is low, it did save time but not enough to justify the cost for a small company.

Procore helps a lot with the submittal process.
