Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is used across the whole organization. It addresses project management, contact management, invoicing, and drawing management. It is particularly effective in helping organize submittals and RFIs. The tracking features of those functions (due dates and responsibilities) are particularly helpful. We also like the subcontract (commitment) function as it helps organize and track change orders separately from prime contract changes.

- There seem to be places where an edit button in one screen does something different than an edit button in a different screen. Figuring this out takes time and is a bit clunky.
Procore has a great plan organization platform, which was a big factor in our decision. It also has great tracking features and automatic email reminders for RFI's and Submittals when they become overdue. Procore is much better and easier to use in most aspects than Sage 100 Contractor. It seems like it has had more thought put into the whole construction process.
The unlimited user licenses are very useful in getting subcontractors to buy into using the system. Subs love the fact they can use the system without having to invest in additional software. Once they realize the initial time spent learning the software will make their job easier, they have no issues getting on board with the system.

The project management module is the most useful tool for our organization. The RFI and Submittal tracking, and especially the automated email reminders, help us stay on track and produce a better product. We keep a better handle on the information flow with these functions. Costs and subcontract tracking are also very useful.
