Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Used across our entire company as a Construction Management tool.
  • Supports plans.
  • Manages field changes.
  • Connects subcontractors.
  • One stop shop for all things needed minus accounting.
  • Accounting.
  • Streamline RFI.
We have no other experience with other construction management software. This is our companies first after much research.
This is one of the reasons we selected Procore. This is a strength and we use this connectivity to stay in communication with staff daily.
  • Increased efficiency.
  • Better and faster communication.
  • Accountability is better.
  • Tracking progress is much easier.
  • Gain visibility into projects
  • Ensure information is accessible and up to date
  • Document job site conditions
  • Report on incidents and inspections
  • Improve forecast accuracy
  • Simplify employee time tracking
Procore connects my staff in an accountable way that makes it easier for me to track progress. I know what is going on at our job sites daily without physically needing to be present.
I am a hands-on learner and Procore has a lot of modules after the first orientation which can be cumbersome. I have also had push back from subs who are unfamiliar and this which adds to my workload of trying to implement them into Procore. Again, not sure of a solution.
Well suited to connect subs, manage the day to day projects, track job growth, etc. Lacks in accounting and scheduling.
