Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We keep all of our project plans, schedules, and internal communication to ensure that the whole team is looking at the same information to better execute and also provide updates to our clients.
  • Keep documents for the whole team.
  • Uploading plans/drawings is very user-friendly.
  • Labeling of the emails when sending from documents/forms.
  • Submittals approvals for clients that don't use Procore.
  • We have better documentation of whats happening in our projects.
  • The whole team is looking at the same information which means better communication.
Our PM's are communicating better with clients and the rest of the team about what is happening in the field with the projects. That means the rest of the team can better assist with procurement and also making sure we stay on schedule.
Finishline, we used this previously.
Punch List from the App: from the creation of punch. It's easy to document and upload pictures to make sure that any change order or change request is properly documented. It also notifies everyone in the project that has to do something, from sending CO for approval to ordering more materials.

Using Procore

35 - We have several groups that use Procore in our Company. To ensure that every one that is part of the team on a specific project has access to the same information and it is properly communicating and keeping track of daily progress. The below represent the flow of how the teams are set up in our organization within Procore.

Account Managers, Estimators, Project Engineers, Project Managers an warehouse

3 - We have 3 admin in Procore that take care of the overall support, adding people, removing people, updating directories, updating distribution groups and also making sure that all the documents/forms are the most current templates for the team to use within Procore.

At the project level, each team member is responsible for loading and updating different aspects of that project information to ensure everyone is up to date on what's happening
  • Having a place to keep the most current plans so everyone sees the same information
  • The easily creation of Punch items to ensure that we're properly documenting whats happening in the project when it comes to Change Orders
  • Our Punch List, we used them to also verify that the work is completed before we pay any subcontractor when is applicable
  • Material Request, we are able to document from the request, approval and the packing list with pictures
  • We're looking at training and establishing procedures for the team to start using the meetings with in Procore more regularly
  • We're looking at establishing a project schedule that can be loaded and updated in Procore
We have currently renewed and believe that we will continue to do so due to the great tools that Procore offers and also their continuous work to improve all the tools and also enhance with new features. We have also had a great experience when it comes to customer service from the Procore Team, which also plays a part in renewal.
