We also use DocuSign and are expanding the use of this package due to it's integration with Procore for contact and change order sign off.

Procore Feature Ratings
Using Procore
We have top to bottom usage, Procore is used by the senior management, accounting dept and project manager staff. It is also used at the site level by superintendents and safety officers. We are working towards more tool belt staff participation for time and material work as well as safety records.
1 - I am the procore support person. I was in a project manager role previously with the company. However I have had software related roles in past jobs related and unrelated to construction. There is a lot of specific learning related to Procore I do not believe an IT professional level of education or training is required. Although I am sure it would be useful and more efficient.
- Drawing records
- Contract managment
- Site records - Safety, Quality, Daily Logs
- Tracking deficiency crew work via T&M
- managing back charges with the change events tool
- Safety forms - room for improvement
- Equipment rental tracking would be a good element
