Overall Satisfaction with Prophix
We have implemented Prophix just over the past 6-7 months. We are using the platform for financial reporting, budgeting, WIP (construction) reporting and people planning. We are looking forward to be able to get rid of all excel processes within our business and do account reconciliations in the platform as well.

We have transition all of our budget and planning excel sheets into Prophix as of this year. We are looking forward to transition our excel based workpapers to Prophix which will fully allow our organization to get away from excel reporting. We also are looking to move our job reporting out of excel and into Prophix.
Prophix is 10 steps ahead of Spectrum. They are very different though. Spectrum is our ERP - while Prophix is a very useful and needed add on.
