QuickBase: Flexible, Customizable, and Easy

Quickbase is used by my entire organization. We use it to manage accounts, sales, projects, and for contact management-- you name it.

We definitely have achieved this benefit. We created a standardized project template for our system some time back, and it's worked wonderfully for years. The template lets us manage documents, resources, issues, timelines, and so on -- and it's easily customized so that if something specific needs to be changed, we can do that for the one project while our other project apps remain as is.

It's not hard for non-IT people to make basic or even complex changes to Quickbase applications. I'd say it was very easy, but the culture in my company tends to ask for help from IT anyway. But we've had employees with very little IT experience who've managed to customize their own apps in very complex and neat ways, so it really all depends on the person.

Incredibly simple. Click to add records, click to upload documents, you're done. Mass import of data is also very simple. And making changes to the structure of apps sometimes only needs a click-change-done.
