These consist of business systems analysts, application specialists, and a small group of DBA members. The skillsets range from understanding SQL, JavaScript, Python, Jinja, and an understanding of standard functions.

We required the people where they have the skills of database and some basic knowledge of HTMl, C language and business knowledge. In this role those people who have creativity for creatign dashboards those who can create the flow charts of the application in any tool like Lucid chart where they create whole diagram before actually building the application on QuickBase.

We have a core team of 6 that's purpose is to run and maintain our Quickbase environment. The team are all full admins on all of our applications in our realm and support the rest of our teams in their Quickbase usage.

QB likes to promote the idea of the citizen developer, but in my experience, people who have skills in database design and application development make better applications in QB. A basic understanding of UI/UX and database principles definitely helps with usability.

One. That's it. Previously there were 2. We have the original builder of the main system, a locally based QSP on-call for multiple projects. The first in-house builder had advanced web application building skills and qualifications, the other was an assistant who now fills multiple roles across a small realm

We have one person who has an administrator role in Quickbase. That person is in charge of building new apps, restructuring current apps based on feedback from others in the company, etc. Quickbase does not require a coding background or knowledge base, so it is fairly easy to use for anyone who is unfamiliar with that. However, good skills to have are some knowledge of databases as well as a basic knowledge in writing formulas.

We have one very high level user to support our overall use. She is very organized and highly skilled at creating apps that measure and report. The other users have IT background and skills at creating databases. I would say, however, that it isn't necessary to have high level people support the product as it is intuitive and easy to learn.
