Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
We are using QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise as an order system for our online and wholesale sales across the entire organization. It creates a one stop place for us to view all our sales data, creating orders, invoices, purchases, and item receipts. Along with applying payments and running strong custom reports we utilize in and outside of QB.
- Huge community of apps and info.
- Very flexible and customizable without paying a programmer.
- Good support team.
- With so many options, it will take a bit of research to cater to your company.
- Does not do automation and has limited bulk capabilities "out of the box," but there's apps for that.
- Needs to carry a few more fields across documents. Such as creating a PO to an SO: the SO should not automatically have the PO# on it. Same with Invoice and Item receipts.
- Reporting and control of operations.
- Saving time processing orders.
Yes it is very powerful for a solution like this.
I felt it was fairly easy to use this system, and there are lots of communities and information simply on the web without even having to contact support.
SaasAnt Transactions we are able to bulk orders and transactions from our web sales.
QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise was quicker in processing orders for our team without API solutions.
