Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise

I have used QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise for accounting for many clients based in the US. It is the best accounting software one can have. The only drawback to using it is the offline mode. Clients have to subscribe to Right Networks or similar Remote connections and install QB Desktop there. We are then given access to these remote servers to operate the QuickBooks Desktop.
  • The Find (control+F) function can find any transaction easily.
  • Easy to upload Bank transaction via .qbo file type.
  • The reconciliation window is super useful at the time of reconciling banks and credit Cards.
  • Automatic connections for fetching transactions from bank and CC website is still a headache.
  • Manual back ups need to be taken at regular intervals.
  • The cost per user is very high as compared to QuickBooks Online as we also have to subscribe or use a remote connection to access the QB desktop.
  • It tracks inventory
  • Easy reconciliation of banks and credit cards
  • Easy reporting
QuickBooks Desktop supported the growth to a limited extent as it is not a cloud-based application.
It is wasy to use application.
No such instance.
Bill.com - Because it is the specialised AP Management portal that comes with approval and payment workflow in itself and syncs with QB. Expensify - Because it is the intelligent Expense reimbursement tool that QuickBooks Desktop doesn't offer.
