Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Pro

QuickBooks Desktop Pro is our main accounting interface. All fiscal reports, payroll, taxes[,] and donations are run through this software. Between the Treasurer, Secretary[, and] myself[, ...] utilize it to ensure we are all on the same page financially for our NPO. DonorPerfect feeds data into QuickBooks Desktop Pro and makes [double-entry] a thing of the past.

QuickBooks Desktop Pro is by far the superior accounting software. Integrations are exceptional, with proper training the software is easy to use and handles all the business aspects you will need. Other software has difficulty keeping up with memory demands when your company begins to grow so QuickBooks Desktop Pro will always meet your needs.

QuickBooks Desktop Pro can be daunting at first. It has the ability to do nearly everything you will ever need in accounting but that means there are a lot of features to learn. It's always best to have an experienced user to guide you with the initial setup as it can be a bit overwhelming.
The support team is not always easy to use or able to understand the problems. There are some difficulties understanding [...] the issues the purchaser has and the solutions are sometimes hard to implement. A lot can be avoided if the users have adequate training and security is set up correctly at implementation.
QuickBooks Desktop Pro works for just about any business imaginable. Currently using it in [an] NPO scenario but was using this in a previous job as well and the software just gets better. Accuracy is key and you want to ensure your users have the training and knowledge to keep it up to date.
