Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

I use this to look into my payroll. Initially we used ADP but I'm not sure why my employer switched to this.
  • Good UI representation of payroll
  • Good for small orgs (may be)
  • Navigation
  • Login. It has N number of ways to login which confused me a lot. Every time i have to reset my password.
although the UI is not as good as Quickbooks. Adp does its job it good navigation

Good for its price
NA. I never had a chance to contact support.
Small organizations can use this because of the price it has I believe(My employer uses this because of its low price)
