Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

It is our primary accounting service; we use it for A/P, A/R, and report generation.

Pros

  • Ease of use - once you're trained, it works well
  • Reports can be manipulated to show the data you need

Cons

  • It's not intuitive; you need substantial training
  • Hard to find a basic list of invoices paid by vendor
  • Makes it easy to understand how my business is doing in real time
  • Makes it easy to work with my off-site bookkeeper and CPA
I find it very easy to use (once I was properly trained)
None. The only other accounting software I used was a proprietary MSDOS system 20 years ago; this is much better.
