Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

We use QBO to manage our business accounting. It allows us to manage bank accounts, loans, vendor billing and client invoicing. It's great to have one solution to handle all of these business items. Plus it allows our accountant to access the information they need to assist with any questions, issues and tax filings.

QBO is easy to use, allows for quick question access if necessary. it's very intuitive and user friendly. Has access to everything you would need to create invoices, enter vendor bills and pay bills and process deposits. I do wish the app was still available rather than having to log in through a web browser, but overall it's a great product and makes my daily tasks easier.
QBO works much better for our needs and our business. Netsuite had a few too many layers for our business, it was a little harder to use. QBO makes everything simple you don't need to be an accountant to use it. We are happy with the product and will most likely continue to use it.

Using QuickBooks Online

1 - Accounting, we use QuickBooks Online to track all the client billing, track vendor bills, prepare reports, pay bills, reconcile bank accounts all of the financial needs of the business. We track all the business expenses and profits. Our accountant has access which allows them to stay on top of our business as well.
1 - QuickBooks Online is used just by our Operations Vice President who manages the company books, prepares the client invoices, tracks the vendor bills and sends out the checks.

Evaluating QuickBooks Online and Competitors

Yes - NetSuite we tried it as a single solution for project management and billing, but it didn't quite work for us.
