Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

We use QuickBooks Online with our sales and payroll, so far no issues or problem with the product as of now. Using QuickBooks Online we can check if all accounts are accurate and we can also easily reconcile if there is any discrepancies with our entries whenever we pulled out the accounts.

QuickBooks Online overall is fairly good even for a beginner, especially for users familiar with accounting software. It is easy to to use and user friendly and has online tutorials for complex accounting needs. Users appreciate its for an easy invoicing and no need to do it via manual process.
We use QuickBooks Online since it is user friendly and it has the ability to accommodate small businesses with more complex accounting needs. Price is not that expensive although the users that you can add are limited, if we need to add a user we need to remove the other users.

It is user friendly as long as you know basic accounting, you can use QuickBooks Online with no problems, you just need to familiarize the account name that was created and tag each account name for easy filtering to get the correct balances of each accounts that was created.
