Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

We use QuickBooks Online for invoicing our clients. It makes it easy to keep track of P&L as well as our accounts receivables through QuickBooks Online. Clients can even pay us directly using the "pay now" tab which opens a link to our bank account and we get paid quickly. Making adjustments to the line items in invoicing is also easy and extremely legiable for all parties to read. This works for our company.

I feel it is pretty user friendly. There is always help right when you need it if you have questions. The Dashboard keeps everything visiable and we feel that QuickBooks Online has been a reliable source in helping us aquire out AR from clients. Since the invoicing is legiable, there are vertually no discrepanies about the line items stated as they clearly list all the necessary data we need to send.
I think of the two products this has less hassle as it is pretty straight forward and streamlined. Unfortunately, as much as we use the payroll version I cannot give that product the same raving reviews as QuickBooks Online. I really wish Payroll was not as complicated as it seems to get. There seems to be more issues on that side of things.

This is well suited for individalized invoicing where you need more control over line entries versus large quantity output invoicing. It is doable for that type of invoicing as well and would make business smoother but this is especially compatible for companies like ours where we have to have more specifics in the details.
