Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced
We are a company that does the accounting and finance work for small to medium-sized businesses so we use the Quickbooks software for each company we do work for. Everyone at our company uses it, which is about 15 individuals. We use it the most for invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Helps with timely payments. Quickbooks shows you how many days until a bill is due so you never forget about one.
- Makes payroll easy. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payroll is much easier to complete with Quickbooks.
- Easy to use. Quickbooks runs really well and never lags.
- No true undo button. If you make a mistake you'll have to go back and undo everything one by one instead of just pressing a single undo button.
- Hard to give people access. I've had trouble gaining or granting access to people or myself at times.
- Have to sign in every time. No way to keep yourself signed in if you log off for the day.

I was not with the company when they implemented Quickbooks online so I can not speak to that. I can say how easy it was to get adjusted to. I worked at a previous job and was using Sage Accounting Software which was very similar but more difficult to use and get used to.
We have many of our employees working from home due to COVID-19 so it has been a great tool as far as being able to use Quickbooks in various locations and everyone being able to work on projects from home or in the office. Quickbooks makes it seem like everyone is in the same office together even when we all can't be.
We are an accounting and finance company so Quickbooks is perfect for all of our needs. It is the only accounting and finance software we use because it is all we need. There is no need for any other type of software because Quickbooks has everything we need to do and more.
I have used Sage Accounting Software at a previous job with another company and Quickbooks is 100 times better. They are essentially the same thing but Quickbooks is so much more user-friendly and easier to read and input invoices, etc. I would recommend Quickbooks over Sage Accounting Software every time.
