Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced

We use [QuickBooks Online] Advanced for all our financial needs at our company. It addresses all our Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and cash flow needs.
  • Entering Batch expenses
  • Batch check
  • Tracking line items by class
  • Need to add expense tab under each customer just like the transaction tab but for all expenses applied to that customer
  • We no longer outsource any of our financial/bookkeeping needs
  • I can access our company information at any time instead of waiting on someone
  • We can track our cash flow regularly.
We already had [QuickBooks Online] and upgraded to Advanced so the process was seamless. We logged out and logged back in and all the new features were there and so was our existing data. No work necessary!
Anyone can log-in from anywhere which is so helpful due to COVID restrictions, etc. It has been so amazing especially over the last year.
There are ways to track Projects to see profitability which is extremely helpful in the construction industry. We have a lot of expenses so tracking of that works well. Quickbooks syncs with our CRM software which is amazing as well. Including some of the financials and invoices, etc. This is truly a great program.
Quickbooks is more intuitive and easier to use especially for a small company.
We love Quickbooks Online Advanced it helps us run more reports and track our expenses more so than anything of the other QBO products. We strongly recommend this product to any business owner. It's easy to use and allows you to gather a lot of information to see your business as a whole.
