QuickBooks Online Advanced is a great small business accounting solution

We use QuickBooks Online Advanced to do all of the accounting and bookkeeping functions for our business. Additionally, we use its invoicing function in conjunction with other providers. We are also starting to use the QuickBooks Cash (online bank) functionality. Overall it allows [us] to keep tabs on the daily/weekly performance of our business and QBO has made great strides in the user experience and functionality in the past several years.

As an online platform, implementation was exceptionally easy for our organization. I am able to access our QBO dashboard from my desktop, laptop, and iPad, and the transition from one machine to the other is relatively seamless.

I am the primary user, along with our accounting professional. I have been able to access seamlessly from multiple locations including my office, our business locations, and our accounting professional is able to have complete access from their office as well. We have never had any online access issues at any location.

We were in need of a robust, yet affordable accounting and budgeting solution and QuickBooks Online Advanced provides this and more (with its access to our bank accounts and native online banking service).
