The perfect scalable alternative for a growing business.

As a small business, we use Quickbooks Online Advanced for 3 main purposes, however, we could use it for many more if we needed to. 1. We use it to issue invoices and payment receipts. This also helps us to have a complete database of our customers and to generate useful management reports. 2. We use it to run monthly payrolls. It also helps us to have a complete database of our employees and to generate useful management reports. 3. Through a bookkeeping service provider, we use QB for our bookkeeping needs, for VAT returns, among other internal and legal needs.

Going straight to QBO Advanced might be a little overwhelming unless you are an experienced accountant and have used similar platforms in the past. Therefore, I would recommend starting with the basic version and only upgrading to the advanced one when your operation can actually benefit from it or when you really start needing the extra features.
