QBO does my bookkeeping so that I can focus on my business

I use QuickBooks Online Advanced to manage my clients' books online. There are no major problems but it would be better if QBO allowed us to do recurring transactions from a past date. We will use it regularly as our business is growing and QBO serves our reporting purpose, helping us in our decision making.

Well I have a business where we charge annual subscriptions as an advance so the recurring transactions template works like a charm for us as it does our all accounting by deferring all the income in future months. Other than that, I use the class feature which is like different business segments for me and helps me in proper reporting.
