Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Quickbooks Online Advanced to manage and track the finances of our non-profit mission. It is a huge improvement over the unwieldy XL worksheets we had been using. We love having our information saved in the Cloud so that various authorized users can access it no matter where we are. It enables us to work from home or in the office, as needed. It is incredibly easy to track transactions. Quickbooks Online Advanced has truly been a blessing for our non-profit!

Pros and Cons

I would like to see a more streamlined way to see the balance in each account. Presently, there are a number of steps required.

QuickBooks Online Advanced has saved us an enormous amount of work hours and reduced the frustration we were experiencing in trying to keep track of our books.

Implementation

The training process was very helpful. Whenever a question arose, we simply contacted customer service. They worked with us to answer our questions in a timely manner. We were able to begin using Quickbooks Online Advanced almost immediately.

Cloud-Based System

It has been a godsend to be able to work with data saved in the cloud. We have had employees sign in from other countries with no problem and work as if they were right next door. The mobile app also works well.

Quickbooks Online Advanced is much easier to use. The interface is more streamlined and efficient. Quickbooks Online Advanced produces all the reports I need quickly and accurately. I can see all the information I need to see at a glance.

QuickBooks Advanced helps us keep track of approximately 120 individual accounts and more than 300 donors. We can easily see the status of each account at a glance. It also enables us to quickly locate transactions that we wish to track. Information on our donors is easily edited and saved. QuickBooks Advanced is perfect for our non-profit.
