Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced

We use QB for all of our accounting needs, including Accounts Payable, TimeSheets and Payroll. We use it the software daily to ensure that our books are running smoothly

  • TimeSheets function
  • Positively made invoice tracking easy
  • Easy acccess to reports
QB was already in place when I joined our company. Had never used it before, but was easy to understand and the help button was extremely useful.
We only have one location, but at times we have employees remote working so the cloud base works for our company for those needs.

No I did not purchase premium support for we use it most of the basic needs of the software already integrated.
Yes - I did and I was left confident that the problem would be resolved and it did get in a timely manner. Was an outage where a function was not working
I had an issue with reconciling and account that was closed and was already reconciled a year ago, the support team walked me through the problem step by step and I was able to resolve it without having to start over.
