Overall Satisfaction with Raiser's Edge NXT
We have several employees that staff events all around the country. Raiser's Edge NXT gives the the ability to look up constituent information without having to access the Raiser's Edge app on their small phones. It has made it easier for them to do their job while on the road.
- Dashboards are easy to set up even for our most novice users.
- Ability to view only your assigned constituents.
- Easily access constituent information from a mobile device.
- Would like to be able to view query results from the dashboard
- Operational Efficiency
- Increased revenue from new donors
- Increased revenue from existing donors
We are in the process of "growing" our development department and have not had the opportunity to utilize NXT as much as we would like to.
Having Raiser's Edge NXT has not provided the benefits desired yet, but that has nothing to do with the product. As stated in an earlier comment, we are in the process of expanding our fundraising efforts. The product is currently being used by Community Outreach personnel who travel frequently to conduct events in the areas we are building in. However, we realize how valuable the tool will be when we have the staff to use it. Also, the unlimited licenses is a real plus. We are projecting growth in the next few years. The unlimited user licenses along with the ease of use made the decision to move to NXT an easy one.
We were using Convio prior to Blackbaud's acquisition of the platform. We then converted to Raiser's Edge as we were already using Financial Edge.
