Overall Satisfaction with Raiser's Edge NXT

We use Raiser's Edge NXT (NXT) for foundation and alumni relations. It has been an excellent tool to connect with our alumni and donors. NXT helps us collect accurate information and centralize our communication efforts.

  • Reduced IT expenditure due to cloud deployment
NXT is reliable for IT, alumni and foundation [relations]. We do not worry about access or back ups.
We have participated in some webinars and done some online training. The enhanced NXT also made the Blackbaud conference more of a priority for my team, which they attended a few weeks ago.
CRM is our most important purpose.
I especially like the remote access. This is a huge help when I am traveling and need to look up information.
