Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our Fund Raising Staff, along with our Prevention and Training departments use it for processing donations, for tracking attendance and registration for events and conferences, to process Donations, revenue and outstanding payments for said events, online payment and registration, and submitting the information to our Financial Edge Accounting Software in our Accounting & Finance department.

We use the Cloud Based Raiser's Edge and Financial Edge Programs along with Paper Save. We can access our Financial and Raiser's Edge Programs almost anywhere, so we don't have to contact the office, updates to the software are applied automatically. Because we also use Paper Save we cut down on the amount of space we need for records storage and we know longer have stacks of forms and invoices that are waiting for someone that has the time to file invoices, forms and donation reports. Our file cabinets are almost entirely digital.

Impact of Working with Vendor

Because our company uses other Blackbaud software such as Financial Edge General Ledger, Finacial Edge Fixed Asets, Financial Edge Accounts Payable, Financial Edge Accounts Receivable, & programs supported by Blackbaud such as Paper Save our offices are more organized. Our Accounts Payable Filing System is entirely Digital thank to Paper Save and any accounting member can go from a Accounts Payable line item that appears in our in our General Ledger back to vendor and a digital copy of the invoice so we can easily review the bill without having to get up from our desks go to a file room, search for the vendor, only to find the invoice wasn't filed correctly. Now thanks to Paper Save we can find out all this information without getting up from our desks thanks to having a digital AP file system.

Our Prevention department uses it to track all donors, we can track by the type of donation which tells them how best to reach out to our supporters. They also use it for tracking registration and payments for those attendance to our summer youth conference, or one of the many training courses we offer to other professionals in AOD Treatment & Prevention, and in our experience in MH & AOD Immersion Programs.
