Overall Satisfaction with Raiser's Edge NXT
Raiser's Edge NXT is being used by our major gift officers to manage their portfolios and get an easy snapshot of all of their constituents without having to login to Raiser's Edge 7. We are in the process of rolling it out to our whole department, but with its current features we currently only use it for our fundraisers. It definitely helps manage and look at constituents at a snap shot.

We are in the process of achieving these outcomes. I believe as the system becomes more complex as more features are rolled out we will definitely reach all of these outcomes. Our fundraisers that are currently using it definitely like the interface and the speed in which they can gather quick information.
The support that Blackbaud provides is unparalleled. Anytime we have had an issue, question, or curiosity they have been able to either answer the question, provide us with materials that help answer the question and point us in the correct direction. The network and knowledgebase of professionals creates an environment of learning and success.
We are in the process of linking our Raiser's Edge with our Financial Edge and it really has created a faster and easier gift deposit process.
