Overall Satisfaction with Reflektive

Reflektive is being used primarily to streamline agendas and feedback across the entire company. It addresses the problem of not having a consistent space in which all employees keep notes, and it creates transparency between departments to see what goals others are working towards and where they are in the process.

Reflektive is great with support. From the beginning, when it comes to training materials for those new to Reflektive, to clearly rolling out updates in the interface or releasing new features, everything is very clear and communicated solidly. Support is always available when needed, and answers are easy to find when support is not available.

Reflektive is well suited for providing streamlined and easy to comprehend data for 1:1s, and when communicating company-wide to add to transparency and provide updates throughout departments. It can be less appropriate for those in a smaller company or who manage smaller teams, but that does not necessarily mean it wouldn't be useful.
