  • First use case is a review consolidation tool - used for quarterly performance reviews
  • Second use case is as a goal tracker - cool feature where you can make goals public or private so you can see other peoples goals
  • Being used across the entire organization, including international
  • Not currently being used to give ad-hoc/non-performance review feedback
  • Adaptive and evolving product with a development team willing to listen!
  • Clean and easy to use interface
  • Integrates well with Okta making logging in a breeze
  • Competitive pricing
  • More text formatting options -- such as colors or even pictures
  • Integration with rewards providers -- such as gift cards or experiences to give employees
  • Functionality to provide ad-hoc feedback
  • Reminders to complete a task would be really helpful!
