Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
I originally used RingEX for all of our VOIP services. The Desktop Soft-phone and Physical phone compatibility are top notch. The service was nearly uninterrupted. Find me follow me as I think they referred to it was also an option that could be enabled per direct user so that if you weren't at your desk, calls in could ring your mobile or other team members. The user and admin dashboards are extremely user friendly, and so was the setup and implementation of the auto attendant call tree, call routing, departments etc. A great solution for large or small companies that would like more flexibility... I could go on and on.

- Positive for the first 8 years
- Negative due to a long term 2 year renewing contract that was not disclosed clearly

Implementing solutions that incorporate collaborative tools for both internal team members and customers can significantly enhance productivity and transparency. This, in turn, leads to greater efficiency in delivering services. A very positive move!
When considering telephony solutions, RingEX stands out as one of the most advanced choices available.

- Cloud Solutions
- Ease of Use
Reliability and ease of use are our top priorities because they ensure seamless operations and user satisfaction. A reliable solution minimizes disruptions and downtime, and we can't afford any wasted time that would take us away from serving our customers.
I might ask more questions to help gauge the quality of customer support however for assessing key factors such as call quality, features, and reliability have served us well.
RingEX Implementation
- Implemented in-house
Yes - It was important to establish the call tree and call queues before transferring over the services. From there it was a smooth transition.
Change management was a minor issue with the implementation - It didn't take much to minimize resistance and promote acceptance.
- creating new habits
- explaining specific use cases
- minor learning curve
RingEX Support
Pros | Cons |
---|---|
Knowledgeable team Problems get solved Kept well informed | Difficult to get immediate help |
I'm aware that RingEX offers premium support for an extra charge. While I'm not certain if this has been available from the beginning, I believe that including premium support in RingEX's costs could be beneficial for maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
I recall a call forwarding issue that needed urgent attention, and we were able to get the support we needed in a timely manner through the RingEX ticketing system. The support representative quickly identified the issue, provided step-by-step guidance for resolution, and offered valuable tips for optimizing the business's communication setup. The positive experience highlighted RingEX's effective customer support approach.
