Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
RingEX allows me to work seamlessly wherever I may be. I can be in the office, on the road, or our of town and still be able to communicate with clients and staff at a moments notice with little to no degradation in call quality. It also allows clients and employees to text our office line for ease of communication.

Being able to have all my phone communication on one platform has made it easier to collaborate with others and has increased my productivity with being bale to send text messages to prospects and employees without having to bother with a phone call. The group text messaging feature has proven itself when i need to send out mass communication easily. The ability to have customers and employees text my office number has been a great feature because it keeps my personal details out of the equation.

I have not used any other products like RingEX. This product if my first iteration into this kind of service. I know there are probably others out there, but this one works well for my needs currently. I doubt I will search for anything else in the near future unless there is something with a great technological advantage to what we are currently using.
