Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

Our company uses RingEX as its primary telephony solution. We have a team of about 15-20 users who staff an inbound call queue, as well as executive and administrative staff. RingEX allows us to call, text, and conference with many of our customers and other vendors and clients effectively and relatively painlessly.
  • Our ability to text our customers information they request from us.
  • The ability to easily add newhire staff to the phone system
  • The ability to leverage our current computer hardware as our phone solution
  • There is no unlimited texting plan.
  • System down issues (when they happen) are not resolved as quickly as I would prefer
  • Tighter integration, or better training on, using it across applications.
  • By using existing PC hardware and adding a telephony headset, we do not HAVE to purchase a phone for our remote workers
  • The ability to add and remove users on our own, lets us reuse previously purchased numbers and assets without having to constantly contact sales or tech support
  • As hardware has been EOLd, we do not have to buy replacement, due to the ability to use PCs as a phone with the RingEX software
System faults happen at the worst time regardless of who you are or how big, or small, your company is. When they have happened however, i feel that they took TOO long to resolve. Being down the whole day, or even a couple is not an option for anyone.
Our inbound team managers are able to analyze calls almost as soon as they are done. Reports that have been setup automatically go to all the parties involved without me having to babysit them and make sure they go where they need to go. WE do not use it for interoffice communications, so that feature is not used at all in our company. But if there ever was a need to do so, I know the option is already installed and ready for us to switch over to it at a moments notice.
It didn't. It was feature poor by comparison, and the cost savings wasn't worth the loss of things our company took for granted using RingEX. The PC software was buggy, and the integration with out hardware phones also left them with less features as well.

If you need a phone system, and do not have the infrastructure, or budget for your own in-house solution, RingEX is very well suited for you. You can start small, and build as you and your business grow. Even if you have a LARGE business, their team will help you get it setup and off the ground quickly and efficiently with a minimum of fuss.
