Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
Mobile cell phone usage is a must for us. RingEX makes it easy to use. Auto Attendant is important as well to us. RingEX does a great job here. They were also able to use our existing Mitel phones. That saved us a lot of money. Their support has been outstanding.

We were on a Mitel system that did many things well. I don't know that we saw much from a productivity or efficiency standpoint. It just continued to provide good-quality servers and support.

Yes. It has been worth it.
We had about 50 temp numbers that were given to us for implementation. But RingEX kept them on our account, costing us about $500 a month. We were able to get them off pretty quickly. It was not a very difficult process.
