Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
We're a small mom-and-pop, local business. But we wanted to put our best foot forward when people call us. So, rather than using a traditional cellular phone line as we had done for years, we opted for RingEX. Now, when clients call, we sound like a well-established, professional business. Presenting a professional image to your client base is everything, and RingEX helps us do just that.

- Call quality is moderately poor at times.
- Amount of options and customization can be overwhelming at first.
- Calls to Order conversions have increased 25% in the past eight weeks since we moved to RingEX. I believe it to be the call-in/hold music that projects a strong professional image!
Now that my business line is hosted with RingEX and not another expensive carrier, I've cut my telephone expenses by more than 65%. This has led to an overall increase in profitability over the last 6 to 8 weeks. I look forward to more months of increased profitability with RingEX as I grow with them.
OpenPhone had HORRIBLE call quality over and over again. I rarely experienced a call with good call quality. Their support kept saying my issue was my internet connection. However, since I moved to RingEX, I have experienced just a few call quality issues, meaning that many of the issues I had with OpenPhone were related to their servers and not my internet connection.
