Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for our payroll processing, tax processing, benefits management, job candidate management. We also use imbedded apps for background checking and pension processing. We are a tuition-free private middle school, serving urban students who live in poverty. $$ and time for administration is limited so having a fast and accurate way to get these tasks accomplished is critical. I am a retired HR executive and have used many payroll systems including ADP and Paychex, so I appreciate the clear and concise interfaces.

  • Although customer service is great, when managing the timelines for payroll, a live person easily accessible would be a help.

Have used Paychex and ADP and others - this is much easier to use and reliable. Everything just happens.

Very easy to use - good online support for roll-out.
I think Rippling is particularly great for small organizations with fairly routine payrolls and those that value a one-stop shop for both employee access and administrative use. It's very easy to use! I love the apps that can be added and we use it extensively for background checking for candidates and volunteers. I also think it would be very useful for larger, geographically dispersed organizations.
