Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is being used across the entire STORD organization. We use Rippling for everything ranging from selecting your healthcare benefits to scheduling time off for vacation or sick time. I find it is very straightforward and easy to use while being very developed and robust. I think it helps address just a centralized hub to access various HR needs for a company.
  • I think Rippling sets up health care signups very well and user friendly.
  • Very easy to request time off for work.
  • The design of Rippling seems a bit old. Not a huge deal though.
I am not a stakeholder on why we use Rippling. I haven't used many platforms like this but I do know that is well versed.
I would give Rippling an overall 9/10. The main reason being everything has room for improvement. I do think that it meets all the overall needs of an organization especially one of my size. I do believe that it would meet the needs of much larger organizations as well.

I gave it this rating because ever since day one of logging in, I was able to self navigate the site. It is very straightforward and self explanatory. I am sure most users would be able to jump in and be successful within the site, and be able to use most if not all site functionality.
It is very useful and user friendly when requesting PTO for work. Makes it a very short and easy process. I like how I can just log in very quickly and even look at any and every single preference that I have set with my company. I can also change my personal information or preferences with ease.
