Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is currently used as a Single Sign On product into various business applications as well as an HR tool to manage payroll, benefits, employee hierarchy, and more. We are currently able to elect insurance and other benefits through the tool and manage our tax forms along with reviewing payroll data.

  • Paystub alerts and reviews.
  • Employee hierarchy table.
  • HR processes are streamlined.
I think Rippling has been used differently, but overall the user experience is where Rippling wins out. I was not part of the selection process so I can't say why it was chosen over the other tools, but I imagine this ease of use played a part in it. Also pricing is my other guess.
For the same reasons as I have mentioned in other responses. It is easy to use and has a good user interface. I think it is a great tool for the average employee at the organization who needs basic employee information.

The tool is extremely usable. The app menu is very similar to other applications and it is very intuitive. The user interface and design are thoughtful and modern. Things are easy to find and very searchable.
Rippling does a great job at making the user experience very easy. Just like an app store you know how to find what you are looking for and the experience is intuitive. Finding your historical data as well as setting things up for the future is easy with the many integrations and the step by step guides in most things.
