Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is being used across our whole organization. It's extremely easy to use on all fronts; from PTO approvals to benefits to payroll overview etc. I love the UIUX, it's easy to understand and navigate quickly and easily. It's made our HR more streamlined and all of our employees who use it love it too!

Pros

  • Managing benefits enrollment.
  • Managing PTO.
  • Reviewing benefits and payroll.
I didn't make the choice, but ADP confused me a lot. I also found it hard to find my tax docs.

There's always room for improvement, and this is only the second one I've used.
I particularly like reviewing PTO and payroll as a manager. I don't use it for very much else, I apologize for being less descriptive.
