Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
Almost all of our HR stuff - benefits, time off, payroll, tax documents - is managed in one dashboard.
- Time off is easy to request. As a manager, I get an email when a direct report requests it.
- Consolidating different benefit plans into 1 place is amazing. I'm so glad I don't have to log into an insurer's website, find a group ID, etc., to enroll in a plan.
- I can quickly get pay stubs.
- I wish there were many reminders for managers approving time off.
- Quick info on how to replace an insurance card would be nice.
- It's saved hours of labor by preventing employees from asking HR how to do basic benefit enrollment/finding benefit info.
